We are a leading engineering firm in India, specializing in the design, manufacturing, supply, erection, and commissioning of heavy machinery, equipment, and heavy steel structural works. Our expertise lies particularly in the sugar, power, cement, paper, and petrochemical industries, with a legacy dating back to 1968. Over the years, we have undertaken various projects, including the establishment of complete sugar plants, the expansion, modernization, and balancing of existing facilities, as well as the dismantling and relocation of entire sugar and cement plants across the country.
In addition to our core engineering activities, we have recently diversified into the field of education, establishing a facility near the Rajiv Gandhi IT Park in Pune, Maharashtra. Furthermore, we are actively involved in real estate development as promoters and developers, particularly in areas adjacent to Mumbai, the financial capital of India.
Located in the central part of Pune, close to Mumbai, our engineering workshop spans over 20 acres and is equipped with a wide range of production machinery. Our workshop holds approvals from reputable organizations such as IBR and is staffed by highly skilled and experienced personnel across all categories. We have successfully executed projects requiring third-party inspection from renowned entities such as Lloyds, Engineers India Ltd (EIL), the National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories (NFCSty), Vasantdada Sugar Institute (VSI), among others.
Presently, we are proud to be involved in the execution of a complete Sugar Plant of 120 TCD in Maharashtra, along with another sugar plant of 500 TCD capacity (expandable to 750 TCD) in Gujarat on a turnkey basis, including erection and commissioning. However, our capabilities extend further, as we can design, manufacture, supply, erect, and commission sugar plants with crushing capacities of up to 3500 tonnes per day.
Moreover, we offer individual equipment such as heavy structurals, boilers, mills, centrifugals, process house equipment, or their spares, either based on our designs or as per client specifications. This includes proprietary items like motors, pumps, compressors, valves, pipes, structural steel, nuts, and bolts, among others.
